I’d like the ability to report on how often teammates @mention each other in conversations, including who tagged whom and how frequently over time.
This would help us:
- Measure how much support teammates need during onboarding and training
- Identify patterns where certain teammates rely heavily on others
- Track improvement over time as teammates become more independent
Ideally, this could be visualized in reports (e.g. charts) and filtered by teammate, time period, and team.
