Reports -> Overview -> How you’re handling conversations: Regarding item changes

The current workflow for the "Overview" report has become too cluttered and chaotic due to an excessive number of steps.
It would be better to revert from the current layout (see Capture 1) to the previous, cleaner structure (see Capture 2).
