Currently there is no viable way to track statistics for reusable workflows, the only available numbers are general ones, without an option to filter by date. In reports about workflows - reusable workflows are not on the filter list, so cannot be tracked.
Idea - enable time filter for reusable workflows in order to be able to see the workflow performance through time and compare it’s performance as per the changes that were made to it, how many tickets are resolved within this workflow versus how many are being escalated further.
