I am writing to request the addition of Armenian as a supported language in the Intercom Help Center. As the founder and CEO of Name.am, Armenia's leading domain and hosting provider, we serve over 20,000 Armenian-speaking users and use Intercom's Advanced package with an annual contract.
Our audience is primarily from Armenia, and the absence of Armenian language support in the Help Center has been a significant barrier. Many Armenian startups, including ours, actively use Intercom, and providing support articles in Armenian would greatly enhance our customer experience.
I understand that Intercom already supports a wide range of languages, some of which might not be as actively used. Adding Armenian would not require too much effort from the Intercom team, and I am ready to assist by translating the necessary language files into Armenian.
