We'd like the ability to restrict access to teammates' personal inboxes and the All Inbox.
Today, teammates can view each other's conversations in their personal inboxes, activity levels, and performance-related metrics such as conversation volume and CSAT scores. We believe this information should be private to the individual teammate and their managers.
“Assign to them only” isn't an option for us, as all teammates need access to all inboxes. We only use automatic assignment for chat and phone conversations.
