Today, permissions let you control whether someone can create or manage tags, but they don’t let you restrict which tag names a teammate or team is allowed to apply. This could leads to mis-tagging and potentially messy reporting data.
What I want: the ability to limit tags by person, team, and brand, so each group can only select from an approved set of tags (for example, Team A can only use tags X, Y, Z; Team B can only use tags P, Q, R; and Brand A can only use its own tag set)
