At the moment, if I create a draft of a message, I don’t think there is a central place I can go to to see all my drafts. I use drafts in Gmail, for example, as a way hold messages I plan to send and then send them when I have all the information I need. So, it would be great if there was a “drafts” tab on the left that let me see all my email drafts.

Save email drafts and show in a "view" or the sidebar
Currently the replies that we composed but haven't sent out are lost once we logged off Intercom and log back in. One of our teams often start composing a reply, but have to stop and wait for other teams' responses/ back-office ticket resolutions to incorporate into the remaining reply, and if that team member logs off and comes back, all their work is gone.
Would be great if, when writing a reply. there is a way to Save as Draft
