Hey Team!
Is there a way to adjust the preferred layout for searched tickets?
Right now, it just defaults to Table Layout, which is not ideal for tickets that need a lot of research, particularly while working on a laptop or small screen. It does not have an option to adjust the layout to Chat Layout, which would make researching a ticket and working on a small screen much easier.
