As a user I would like to use a macro (to save time writing the same reply) but send it later so the customer doesn’t see / get used to that im working outside office hours

@Intercom ​@Intercom Engineering This is very basic feature is being requested in multiple ideas, written slightly differently. It’s one of the only things preventing our team from using Intercom for all customer comms.

Also, just a send later option in general to be able to maybe set “reminders” or “updates” that we can schedule out to send like 2 hours later or next day.

Not the same exact request here but my request is to be able to use a Send Later feature on a saved e-mail/chat message (not just macro)

This would be especially helpful when working with customers across different time zones or when timing follow-up messages for optimal visibility (probably more relevant to Email vs In App or Chat messages but still very useful there)

 It would reduce the need for external reminders, keep workflows within Intercom, and improve both productivity and the customer experience.
