Separate notification for when a conversation/ticket is assigned to me

Right now, assignment desktop/mobile/email notifications are bundled with general conversation activity notifications. It would be helpful to have a separate notification specifically for when a conversation is assigned to me.

This would improve visibility so teammates can immediately see when they’ve been assigned a new conversation without needing to be @mentioned in every case. A standalone “conversation assigned to me” notification would make assignment alerts clearer and more intentional.
