Separate Notifications for Reactions and Mentions

Someone mentioning me in a chat is more of a priority for me to look at, vs someone reacting to a message I sent. I consistently see alerts in my Mentions now that reactions are available. I have always made a point to look at my mentions as soon as I see a red bubble, in case someone needs my help, but now most of the time it is just a reaction - something I do not care to look at urgently.
