Set As Away
The current statuses under “Reason” include ‘Coaching,’ ‘On A Break’, ‘On Lunch’ etc. I would like to suggest to have a additional option for “Researching.” (Or something similiar)

Does anyone know if the statuses under 'Reason' can be mapped for adherence, or will they simply appear as 'Away'?
I would second this. My org needs the ability to add, delete, and change status reason. We currently have an integration with a WFM platform that maps status reasons to adherence, and without the ability to customize them, that integration is of no use.
