Currently, live chat is only available if you visit the websit or if you are a user. It would be great if there was a link that we can include in confirmation emails that would direct “guests” to the live chat if they need support.

Can you elaborate on why this would be useful for your team so I can pass this feedback on to our Product Team?
We have a a big solution we are offering our customers wherein users (registered on intercom) can invite visitors and guests. These guests do not have access to the app because they are not registered users and therefore do not have access to live chat.
I think its a better user experience for the visitors if we can have a link to the live chat and link it to their confirmation emails so they can reach out to support and also have FIN or agents answer their queries.
