It would be appreciated it if the “S” shortcut for accessing Macros could be re-enabled, as it was previously.
Since the latest version of Intercom, only “#” can be used for this purpose.
Which is considerably less practical and inconvenient; it requires two key presses for me and I also need to locate the “#” key on my keyboard first each time to proceed, while using “S” was simply more intuitive and efficient.
This is more of a collective feedback from our team than just my personal opinion, so we would therefore be very grateful if the previous shortcut could be restored or eventually replaced by another “letter” as an alternative.
