I wish intercom had a page like this.
Please notice:

  • Currently open right now only 
  • Show a count
  • Don’t require me to remember all team members. Show 100% of companies.
  • Nice to have: something I can bookmark

    The closest we have at the moment would be the Real Time Dashboard but I will let our Product Team know this is a feature you're eager for 🚀

    Whenever we do release new features, we announce them on the Product Changes page, so I would recommend keeping an eye there.

    Would this solve your query? @Jennifer K I don’t seem to see an option for ticket status, like you do for conversation state. Can you confirm that new ticket would only be open tickets vs the closed ticket option?
