Show exact dates on past help chat conversations

Feedback: Currently, past help chat conversations only show relative times (e.g. "2d", "3mo") rather than the exact date they took place. This makes it hard to go back and find a specific conversation when trying to recall an old explanation. Showing the exact date instead of, or alongside, the relative time would make it much easier to locate and reference past chats.
