We’d like to have individual agent Slack notifications for when a conversation is assigned. This would help cut down on noise in our Slack channel, and allow our team to meet critical SLAs.

    Yup! Slack DM as a target for notifications or @mentions! Rather than just email/SMS/app.

    Maybe this will be a priority as Salesforce is acquiring the platform. This is already a feature of Plain and Pylon. What is stopping Intercom from implementing this basic feature?
