Can we have a permanent snooze option? We usually send messages to our partners on Telegram using interchat. We have 1200+ Telegram chats and we always snooze tickets knowing they will be reopened some day, depending on the duration.
It would be great if there is a snooze permanently option so we don’t have to snooze these tickets again when they are reopened.
