Right now the chats have the same sound as all other conversation notifications, and they are extremely quiet (especially compared to the phone sounds) so our team is often missing these. I would like us to have the ability to:
- change the chat sounds so they are unique to chat and not shared with all conversation notifications.
- Be able to adjust the volume of the chat sounds.
