Hi Team,
When looking at views, searches and reports it is often hard see exactly when a conversation was started or closed as the default view is to show ‘Time since’ and display in either minutes/hours/days/months etc. It would be really helpful if this was configurable to be able to have the option to show the actual date and time as often I am trying to track down conversations based on when they started.
