I would love to see the option for the conversations/tickets tag(s) to appear at the top of the ticket. This way I dont have to scroll through my chat to see what has been tagged.

Such a great idea- It is time consuming to scroll - this would give a quick view at the top!

Agree, and I just asked for a wishlist item as a “SUBJECT” that is viewable instead of the final message which is usually a “Thank You” etc.

I completely agree; it would be perfect, as conversation attributes are more visual, while tags are broader and allow for viewing more data

It would be helpful too if we could interact to at least remove tags if needed from the tag at the top of the conversation, or if we clicked on it it worked as a sort of anchor to that part of the conversation


Any movement on this? I would love to see this.

This would be an incredibly useful and time-saving feature!

I'm currently performing Quality Checks on my agents’ conversations, and I specifically came here searching for exactly this functionality. It can be very tedious to scroll endlessly, trying to find which tag an agent used in a particular conversation. It takes up a lot of time that could be better spent elsewhere!

There should be a way to display all tags used under “Conversation Attributes.”

Intercom Product team, this is a straightforward and valuable enhancement—one that other Inbox CRMs already offer. You can absolutely deliver on this!
