At the moment it’s not possible to view all conversations in the Team inbox. Once the conversation is assigned to a teammate it disappears out the main inbox.
This isn’t particularly helpful when the whole team needs to see and respond to conversations which aren’t assigned to them specifically.
It would be much better if you could view the assigned conversations in the Team inboxes, similar to how the "All" inbox works.
