We want the ability to see team presence via the table layout of tickets. It’s available in chat layout and on the actual ticket so it would be helpful to see on the table layout too.

+1+1The teammate presence feature is also very inconsistent with how it is today. We've been playing with it this morning and it seems that whenever we look at another tab in our browser, our “presence” disappears from the ticket in Intercom. Is there a way for us to still show that we are in the ticket even if we are in another tab investigating it?
