We currently have the ability to report on Away statusesĀ and with the release not to long ago we can now use custom Away statuses š„³ .. It looks like those Away reasons are usable in the segmentation.

We wanted to throw this out in the hopes that we may be able to get that same segmentation optionĀ for Active reasons (custom statuses)Ā Ā as well. This will help in our ability to coach folks who may not be using Active substatuses appropriately with a historical record that is able to spoken to beyond the 24h we can monitor from the Dashboard.
