To make finding Sharepoint files easier, we are requesting to add a text box to the attributes side bar. This would help save time in looking through conversation feed notes to find fileshare links.
With the current attachment limit, larger log and sysdiagnose files are not able to be attached to tickets, leaving file share the main go to option.
