I would like to be able to include a 2 day snooze (for example) in a macro. The default options do not currently offer the ability to choose number of days to snooze (I have used a workaround using workflows for now but it would be great if this feature could exist on its own without any workarounds in the future).

Hi @Jessica Quinn

Jennifer here from Intercom

I will let the Product Team know you’d like to be able to choose the number of days

We’d also love the ability to do a 2 or 3 day snooze. 1 day feels too short but 1 week can prevent CSAT ratings from triggering and there isn’t a way to edit that feature in Intercom (it says that if there has been no reply for a week, the customer can’t send a rating).

We would like to be able to change the default time for snoozed messages to open at 08:00 UTC+2 instead of 09:00
