We would like to have a third “away” option as currently even with “away and reassign”, teammates are able accidentally forward conversations to you. When on vacation, you may notice this days later and this is not our customers expect from us :).So basically, when going to vacation, I can set “Do not disturb” and if teammate tries to forward something, he/she will get a notification to find another victim ;).
