It would be fantastic if we could create custom tutorials to send to customers. For example, when a customer asks how to do something, we could send them a tailored tutorial, and Fin would guide them directly on the website. Specific buttons could be highlighted with messages like “Click here,” making the instructions easy to follow in real time.
