Right now there’s no native way to migrate or export Help Center articles directly from the Intercom UI. The only supported method is using the REST API to export articles programmatically.
It would be very helpful to have a built‑in option in the workspace UI to:
- Export Help Center articles (including images/GIFs)
- Migrate articles between workspaces
- Prepare content for version control workflows (e.g., GitHub sync)
A simple UI export/migration tool would make content migrations much easier for teams managing documentation outside Intercom.
