The user OS and browser information in tickets is inaccurate/incomplete - can this be changed/updated?
--- inaccurate/incomplete information regarding browser version and OS: Last Mac version visibla is Catalina, Windows only up to Win 10. Browser does not show subversions (example Google Chrome, 143.0.0.0)
