Would love the ability to upload custom emojis for use in the Help Center, Articles, and knowledge. Use cases would include:
- Setting custom thumbnail emojis for our product folders and knowledge folders in the intercom interface.
- Adding custom emojis in public articles to deepen customer understanding of product logos and icons.
