It would be very helpful to also use custom email templates (HTML and visual) not only for outbound campaigns but for conversations with users and leads.

Use custom email templates for conversations
This would be fantastic. We were hoping to be able at the end of a phone call or any other type of conversation to be able to use a template like we can create in outbound messaging to send a summary to the customer that is not just text-based but also is formatted visually in a special way for them.
