The ability to utilize x-www-form-urlencoded in Authentication Tokens would improve security when creating custom integrations between systems like Salesforce that only allow for Client Credentials to be retrieved in that format.

Hi @Sam M13

Jennifer here from Intercom

Can you elaborate on why your team would find this useful?

Salesforce only allows token retrieval through x-www-form-urlencoded which means that if we want to create custom actions in Intercom to call out to Salesforce, we have to update the token manually every day. This would allow for it to auto refresh securely.
