We can view which teammates are inactive/active. But, it would be great to see further into this. For example, if they are active, but for chat or phone only.

I completely agree – this would add a lot of value.
We would actually love to see this taken even further by allowing more granular status control, similar to “Away”, but across Phone and Conversations (active statuses). Ideally, it should be possible to define custom statuses for these, and also retrieve them via the API.
That would give much better visibility into what teammates are actually active in, and open up for stronger integrations with external systems.
