Ability to create a view in the inbox that allows me to see all my messages that are not waiting on a reply from me.
I can currently create views for all items waiting on a reply for more than X minutes.
But I have a ton of tickets that are snoozed because I'm waiting for replies, and I want to quickly go through and re-snooze them.
