We would love to be able to add custom fonts that align with our brand to the new email template builder! Is this in the pipeline?

In the last New at Intercom they said that adding custom fonts to the new messenger should be coming in the next few months 🙌

You can select different fonts for the moment as a workaround for custom fonts here

I’m looking for the same thing the original poster is. You said only 3 months ago:

There are no actual fonts in this template designer.  Not even an option for Arial.  All that appears are “Serif, Sans-serif, and Monospace”, which are merely a category, usually designated for fallbacks in the event a chosen font is not installed on one’s computer or the email client can not display. 

I found an intercom help article mentioning custom fonts available for Help Center – then, found another intercom.help article mentioning custom fonts in Emails and Webforms? But the latter appears to be a different URL than the current intercom help.  I’m so insanely confused.

Here is the intercom.help article I found about custom fonts in emails and webforms, but there is no such thing as a “Design” tab in the email, i’ve looked freaking everywhere.

This is super limiting.  Even if not hyper custom, basic google fonts, or options for fonts that are at the very least websafe for 90% of the population.  Serif, Sans-serif and Monospace does not cut it.  Please advise.

@Ibkilgor These are the only options which is why this is marked that similar functionality exists but I will pass this feedback on too
