When will smart suggestions (articles) be made available for NON-English articles? We operate mainly in Spanish.

I agree, this would be very helpful. We operate mainly in Dutch.

I was told by intercom support this feature was sunsetted

Update on Smart suggestions:

For customers who joined Intercom before May 3, 2023:

• Smart suggestions are only available if you have a Help Center and will be turned on by default. They can be turned off from your Basics settings. Smart suggestions will not be updated to support more languages. 

For customers who joined Intercom since May 3, 2023:

• Smart suggestions aren't available on your workspace. Instead, you can enable Article Suggestions in your Messenger settings.

If you've localized your Messenger and your articles, help content will be shown to match your user's browser language.

As you smart suggestions have been sunsetted, updating the status to similar functionality here.
