We have a check-in automation workflow for emails so we can close them and they get a few check in emails spaced out to confirm resolution. These check in emails within the workflow are from ‘Author name’ which is always Fin it’d seem a lot more personal for the users if we could have this as the teammates name from the conversation rather than Fin. This or another option to add in ‘Teammates Name’.
