Workflow: allow "Message Content" to include teammate message

In Workflow, currently "Message Content" only looks at the content of the most recent user message in a conversation, please allow "Message Content" or a new filter to look at teammate’s recent messages as well. We can then use it for updating conversation attributes/ push a follow-up reminder, according to teammate’s message content.
