Hello,

We are working with teams that would like tickets to be created automatically for each message. In some use cases, ticket creation would be fully automated. If the customer selects this option, a ticket could be generated automatically and filled with the required information.

For this reason, I would like to have the ability to define ticket attributes for these types of automated ticket creation scenarios.
