Good news, @user2523​, this has now been enabled for your workspace! One thing to note, however - our pricing team has not yet determined if this feature will be part of Early Stage subscriptions, so it may be possible that, once this goes to general release, that it may no longer be available to your and your team.

Eric,

 

Recently my workspace was added to this beta version.

But it seems that is not working. I activate the funcionality so one user would not open two inbox talk at the same time. However, im using test account and I can open as many as I want new chat. How I can prevent that?

 

My account test is a USER not a LEAD.
