Hi there, Gaël frontend developer.

We are using the Messenger in my company. 
I’d like to mask sensitive information from the Intercom Messenger when viewing replays from session captured by Datadog RUM. To perform that, I would like to add the “data-dd-policy=’mask’” in HTML on a specific div tag concerning Intercom (like the <div id=”intercom-container”>). 

Do you know if there is a simple way to perform that ?

We are not supporting the custom integration in the Intercom iframe installation code. You will need to explore that option yourself. It might be a good candidate for a Feature Request.
