To resolve this issue, you can check the following:

  • Verify that the key you are using is correct and has not been revoked. You can check the status of your keys in your developer account .
  • Ensure that the Bundle ID provided matches the app you want to send notifications to. Intercom does not validate the Bundle ID, so it must be accurate .
  • If you have recently updated your push key, end-users may need to reauthenticate to start receiving push notifications with the new key .
