I'm so excited to kick this off. It's going to be an amazing experience. I'm looking forward to answering your questions and giving dedicated time to helping you get unstuck on whatever's going on with your Intercom, especially Fin!

If you attended the Pioneer event online, you probably already saw the energy the community brings to asking and answering questions, supporting, and helping each other, plus some GIFs too!

Whoever shows up, your questions, comments, and requests are what we'll be talking about, no preset agendas -- I’ll have some topics in my back pocket in case there’s not a lot of questions, but I doubt that will be a problem 😂
