Ability to Rearrange Guidance. Make this section movable. This will help us
 

  1. Manage the old and new guidance better. 
  2. Put an alphabetical option
  3. Include created by date or by person for better visibility (aside from change log) but change logs disappears.
  4. Ability to rearrange by drag and drop so that we can make related guidance close enough for visual control.

That’s a great suggestion. While Intercom doesn't currently offer a native way to rearrange the list manually, a humble tip is to use a consistent naming convention (like starting titles with "BILLING:" or "TECH:") to create a visual structure you can scan at a glance. For better visibility on who is making changes, you can rely on the Fin AI Agent > Changelog, which provides a timestamped record of every update made by your team to keep everyone in sync even after old notes disappear. Even though the list itself is fixed, using clear titles and checking the last updated details inside each rule can really help you stay organized.

Hopefully that drag and drop will be an option in coming days. :) The change log is very helpful, but it often gets overlooked when our Doc Sync is completed. Got buried so deep :)

I really want to be able to Archive Guidance

- So we always have a record of what was used, as it usually takes some time to refine & if we every need it again we can switch it on without creating  new.

So it would act as kind of like a Guidance template source. Then you can 'move' anything that's not currently active out of the main list. ^ & then (hopefully in future) schedule it on and off per user case
