Finally saying hello 👋

Hey everyone! I’ve been lurking here for a little while but never introduced myself.

I’m Sam, a Customer Support Engineer at Gearset, where I help customers with our Salesforce DevOps platform. I’m currently on a project away from my usual day-to-day work, focused on improving our AI support operations and knowledge management with Fin.

Over the last couple of months, I’ve been lucky enough to attend two workshops at Fin in London. I’ve learned a lot from those, and from the regular Community Office Hours sessions too.

Looking forward to getting more involved and learning from everyone here.
