I have an operator that provides an option to end the conversation "nothing else"I would like to not get notified in slack about this type of conversation, but I do want to be notified about other operator options, is this possible?

Hey @igor kA possible option to do this would be to assign the conversation to a specific team when Nothing else option is selected and then exclude that team from the notification in Slack. Here is a screenrecording https://d.pr/i/tv1s9v.Hope this helps!
