i see that , for building an app . we should only canvas kit and limit the app components and elements with canvas kit.
i want to create an app using html,css and javascript and is it possible to do that ??

I just responded in your other thread as well. If you want to build an app in Intercom you’ll need to do so using the Canvas Kit. You can read up on how to do that here.
