It would be a feature request to change the native SF App, but as Roy said you can build your own using the Canvas Kit and do things in Salesforce.
The build would require SF expertise so we never did it as their time was focused on other things.

Sure I'm building an app and following the tutorial that you have mentioned.
But I didn't find how to add an action button to a conversation message like the Salesforce integration.
+5@mohamed o , I checked now, Salesforce app made by Intercom.
There may be some features, only available for the apps made by Intercom.
Let's ask about this to @eric f11
