Is there an easy automated way to export Intercom reports and dashboard data to Notion?
I would like to maintain company-wide ‘Scoreboards’ in Notion and Intercom is obviously a key part of that for CS.
Hi
We don’t currently have an integration with Notion that allows for this, we only have a way to sync/import articles from Notion.
You may be able to do this if you use a third party app like Zapier, but this isn’t guaranteed.
Hope this helps!
In addition to being one of the top Intercom Community Experts here, my company Activelabs helps teams build out custom integration solutions including for Intercom and we also happen to be very familiar with Notion as we’re also building https://inbox2action.com to bring the power of Notion to the Inbox as well
Feel free to reach out and let’s see what’s possible!
In Intercom we have our customer reports covering aspects like first contact time, and resolution time etc… however the rest of the business presents uses a scorecard in Notion to show their metrics; mainly because they have their data already loaded in data warehouse. Getting Intercom data in data warehouse will take time. Thus as a temporary short-term measure or even if the short-term solution has a high level of integrity, we want to export those reports into Notion and present as a scorecard.
The Zapier integration only appears to allow per customer events to trigger. Where-as you can export the reports from Intercom, there doesn’t appear to be a way for this to be automated to to be consumed elsewhere?
The Scorecard I would like to show in Notion (or similar):
Team: Customer Support
Metric Target Current Period Previous Period % Change Status Notes
Average Response Time < 2 hours 1.5 hours 2 hours -25% 🟢 On Track Improvement seen.
First Contact Resolution (FCR) > 85% 82% 84% -2.4% 🟡 Slight Risk Training needed.
Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) > 90% 88% 90% -2.2% 🟡 Slight Risk Monitoring feedback.
Tickets Handled Per Hour > 10 12 11 +9.1% 🟢 On Track Exceeding target.
Escalation Rate < 5% 7% 6% +16.7% At Risk Review processes.
